BRAND CONCEPT

LOCATION

AKANESASU

Due to its definition of reflecting the color of crimson, "Akanesasu" is a word that alludes to "purple" and "day."
Kyushu had been called as Tsukushinoshima in ancient times,
which includes the Japanese character for purple.
The name "Akanesasu" also suggests a brightly-shining day,
which may imply a scene that as the sun seeps throughout the islands of Kyushu,
it brightly shines and foreshadows the dawn
of the coming generation.
The name of our villa is derived from the above.

Since ancient times, "Hizenhamashuku" had a prosperous sake brewing industry. As such, the villa is always stocked with Japanese sake from breweries in the cities of Kashima and Ureshino for guests to freely enjoy during their stay.
We also offer local specialty snacks, of which some can be purchased at the "Hizenya" store that is located along Shuzo-dori street.
